2. Our Services
PayTrust provides a secure escrow platform for peer-to-peer transactions, P2P challenges, and group savings vaults. Our role is to hold funds securely and release them according to the agreed-upon terms between the parties involved or the outcome of a challenge as determined by a designated referee.
3. User Accounts
To use our Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, fraud, money laundering, and transactions involving illegal goods or services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in such activities.
5. Limitation of Liability
PayTrust is not a party to any agreement between users. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Services, including disputes between users. Our liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid by you for the specific transaction in question.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
